Imagine signing up for a deal with Stalin or Hitler.
It could never go wrong.

Great article from Birmo.
I wonder how Jason would have gone in a manual ICE car. Did he have to get a different license?
Remember when you had to wait at a servo for the attendant to fill up your car, your radiator & oil - 3 different items for ICE cars. Jason would have been struggling then.

100% agree with you. Also, top 5 main routes which inc Syd, Melb, Adelaide, Bris can all be geared up too. Fast chargers are needed. Drivers have to take rest breaks. Sydney - Canberra can do for 95% now.

You’d think twice about posting that on those halcyon days post 9/11 and Howard’s hyper sensitivity to anything brown or darker and the famous fridge magnet.

In Australia a little bit more problematic. Vast country with lower numbers of people. Trucks travel so far here. We need to get more fast chargers on the main routes. Charge as you go is the best option but we are such laggards with great infrastructure.

Tom, in Australia there have been 2 young women here who suffered sexual assault. So many men here & the bullies in the media (esp Murdoch) pilloried them. You would have thought they were the criminals. The antagonists took away their livelihoods. Shameful.

I’d love you to depict the Mad Monk in his budgies paddling in Hormuz with….. Muslim women looking aghast? Nup, I’ll leave the rest to you.

Yes, it’s great if sodium can replace lithium in those situations where feasible, esp given lithium availability & safety concerns. Onwards & upwards.

Mrs BB, you might have omitted a couple of others. Murdoch started his insidious campaign here in Oz in 1973.
Murdoch also breeds hate and division.
We apologise for him as he has poisoned your country & UK.

Might have to wait a few years. The IP has left the country.

Are sand and sodium batteries a viable alternative to lithium? Where are they at?
Please.

Indeed they have. I have researched the history of our supply and it confirms what you say.

US has the model. Make more laws so you throw poor in gaols. Privatise all gaols. Then find out you have too many people in gaols & you need more.
Then, a new solution.
Privatise rehabilitation.
Win, win, win, win for very few.
Lose, lose, lose if you don’t have the appropriate skin colour or poor.
