Last night I sang a solo that opened a Christmas concert, and after the concert an audience member, who was also a member of the trans community, came up to me and said 'thank you for being you.' I was so moved.

Such a joy to meet you both! I was bowled over by the attentiveness of Jeff's answers to the audience ?'s. His answers were so thoughtful, and so personal. He is a great listener and a great observer which should not surprise anyone given the novels he writes...everyone went home feeling changed.
