y’all, i’m so over type one diabetes.
i’m so glad i was able to grab the url to this before they unlisted it. one of my favorite scenes being parodied by one of my favorite shows.
youtu.be/0bWV80lXod4?...
i unfollowed rpdr on insta because of this. those greedy monopolistic turds just rage baiting for clicks.
hi everyone,
the timmy-opera-ballet shit was tired from the start.
can we just move on already?
it feels so breathless to cry about a 30-year-old millionaire movie star’s quips while the Kennedy Center is shuttered and bombs are dropped on UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Anyway. I’m jaded and cynical. Ask me about my experience with the Match and I’ll tell you that U.S. medical education is a scam.
Because of the NRMP, teaching hospitals are only incentivized to maximize their bottom line, not the welfare of residents.
“We can pay you $63,000 a year for your 75-hour work weeks because we’re ~educating~ you.”
The NRMP strips physicians of the ability to negotiate wages, work under fair conditions, and it institutes significant structural barriers such that overwhelmingly qualified physicians do not have reasonable paths to employment.
A 2004 law gave the NRMP a federal antitrust exemption (in response to lobbying while antitrust cases were making their ways through the courts). A legal monopoly.
It’s Match Week (i.e. residency lottery for medical students). I know the “hope on the other side” sentiment for those who don’t match is sincere. It’s also important to be honest. The NRMP (match program) is literally a monopoly. It cares zilch about applicants.
At least Carlin isn’t alive to see this.

dexcom sucks. that’s all. ✌️
Pam Bondi (et al) are like teenagers yelling at their parents at the dinner table when they begin to be confronted by the consequences of their actions. petulant, rotted.
so i guess the best way to rebut this nonsense is to firmly call it out and then bring attention to the algorithms that incentivize this rage-baiting content?
for example, an 11-year-old needs to have the opportunity to hear something other than the online white nationalist echo chamber.
it’s easy to say “oh, just ignore it.” but there are still so many people who are inclined to believe the vitriol they spew - so there has to be some sort of rebuttal.
so much of the Bad Bunny discourse seems like rage-baiters and people taking the bait.
oh… and the epstein files continue to go ignored
prediction: military strikes on Iran this Sunday evening because the orangutan is terrified of a bad bunny getting so much righteous attention at the orangutan’s cost.
