I just happened to be watching the news when the January 6 MAGAs gathered up into a mob. It was absolutely surreal. That’s no false memory.

I watched it live. I also watched the horrified faces of the relatives as they watched it.

This sounds silly but…
To clean out or pick up, I take a couple of things that need to go when I’m near them. I keep a trash bag at the ‘task’ so I’m not telling myself ‘Look at all this. Now, I’m tired.’
I just circle and hit tasks all day. It’s slow but it works. I have to trick my brain.

I’m pretty sure that ship sailed a long time ago. Too bad he wasn’t on it.

I have rampant ADHD. It throws me way off the 24 daily hours I work so hard to stick into a permanent groove.
