Yeah this matches my friend's experience as well. She was incredibly active, a professional photographer, did yoga, and already ate vegetarian (and is now basically vegan).

Yeah I'll be honest this is why I haven't sought help for my long covid symptoms. I can't sit through multiple medical professionals telling me to simply eat better and exercise more and it'll go away. I might hunt one of them for sport as a form of exercise and then eat them.
