Imagine seeing a Grimace hit by a car on the side of the road. For us it’s the stuff of nightmares but for motorists in McDonaldLand it is the grim reality of everyday life

AI has already killed people, caused divorces, and I am guessing has and is ending large numbers of friendships. I'm an anthropologist and I am sensitive to cultural trends. I noticing this in person and reading about it. Men seem more susceptible (gullible) than women.

This is excellent and it brings up something I am noticing, especially amongst Xennial men: AI overuse*. It's like they are half drunk and are mad I won't drink the magic Kool-aid. It's cooking their brains and they are clueless.

(*all AI use is bad, I am referring here to them using it nonstop)

A nation that still worships this demented pedophile is sick. Any time I hear his music on the radio I want to barf.

On the one hand it was magical being with my family after crazy travel on the other hand we homeschooled our 1st+ then 2nd grader ourselves and we lost our $@&!* minds and all my external project funding collapsed and and and... it was horrid mostly.

It is a leukotriene inhibitor, you take one per day BUT can have serious side effects so take for 2-3 days and if you want to do murder, stop. It saved my bacon and works a charm.

Advice for allergy sufferers (and check w your doctors always): Spring is horrific for me, but my One Neat Trick (as per advice from my Dr) is to take a 24hr Claritin in the AM and a Zyrtec in the evening. The overlap and different meds help a ton. You also might need a prescription for Singulair.

We are very lucky to live 10 mins from Birmingham's airport. With TSA pre, I can leave our home and be at the gate in 20 mins pending decent parking. I always get there at least an hour beforehand, and 2+ hrs for international flights. Oh no! Working quietly in a corner with headphones!

I think one of the reasons generative AI is so deeply grating is that storytelling was an adaptive trait that made (and makes) us human. I'm writing my communication book chapter now and this struck me- not in a present sense but in a deep time sense.

All archaeologists know how to dispose of a body properly. Uh. I mean. I have heard this rumor once, somewhere. Maybe? Unsure.
