It is quite helpful at times -- especially on platforms that limit/don't offer things like italics, bolding, etc. -- when trying to emphasize or clarify a point.

Furthermore, I am pretty confident she would work much harder to be aware of the necessary context/history, etc. than ANY Republican and most Democrats who might consider running for president anytime in the next 4/8/12 years
