After learning about the latest embarrassment for our country this morning, I decided to engage in some productive distraction. So, after splitting firewood, building some shelves in the bathroom, I tried my hand at homemade bread - a loaf of rye and a loaf of banana. #homesteading #agrihood

Decided to bring on the heat this morning with my fermented chilis -- a honey jalapeno-cayenne and an extra hot cayenne-banana pepper concoction. Should be enough to get me through winter...or become handy holiday gifts. I haven't decided yet 🤔
