When2meet only captures available/unavailable, and the interface hasn't changed in years. No mobile optimization, no way to say "I'd prefer this time" vs "I guess I'm free."

Doodle's biggest limitation (apart from the ads) is that a poll can only be as good as the organizer's guesses. If the perfect time wasn't on the list, nobody ever knows.
With ClearDate, everyone paints their availability on a visual grid and the best times emerge.

ClearDate is live! This has been a passion project in the works for a long time - based on the belief that technology should bring people together in real life, not keep them staring at screens. We built a simple tool to help people find the best time to meet. Check it out at cleardate.com
