No! Kacchan just calls him Deku because he thinks he is useless. Izuku wants to get off of this elevator before he hears anything more.
“Relly? So he must really like that assistant if he spends all his time with him.”
No he doesn't. Kacchan hates him. He lives to torment Izuku on a daily.
“It’s true. The rumor is that they are so close they even have nicknames for each other.”
“The CEO has been busy in his office all the time huh. He doesn't go out as much as before.”
He hears some women gossip ahead of him.
“Well, yeah. His new assistant has been keeping him busy there.”
Izuku’s head snaps up. How did he become the subject of gossip?
Kacchan has been tormenting him nonestop. Yet the worst part is that Izuku is starting to not mind it. A part of him is even anticipating it. Something is wrong with him.
He rode the elevator, standing at the very back as more people got in. It's a busy Monday morning.
“You're like Izuku.” She realized.
“Poor Izuku! You're gonna be eaten by that maniac. Be strong Chikawazuku!”

Izuku comes to the office feeling already tired. It's been a week since he started working here but it already feels like a month.
That night.
“Huhuhuhu! Chikawa you're so brave! Even if you're scared shitless and crying, you still do your best! That's my GOAT!” She wipes her tears while hugging her Chikawa plushie.
She says to him with every violent shake.
“Uhhh yeah.” Katsuki nodded.
“Good. Good day to you! Bye!”
Ochako runs out of the door before her boss says something stupid that might give her a stroke.
“What’s her problem? I was being nice.”

Ochako is silent until she isn't. She grabs Katsuki’s collar and pulls him up from his chair.
“Listen here. Sir. Today is the release of the new Chikawa episode and I need to find out if Chikawa will be able to save their friends from turning to stone! I can't be here today! Do you understand?!!!”
Which she was.
“You made me go to work on my day off just to tell me that?!”
“Well, I had to tell you. Plus I need you to help me think of a weeksary gift I need to give to Deku for the one week he’s been here.”
“And then he gave me a nickname. Kacchan. He calls me Kacchan. And I make him call me that all the time now. Hah. What a cute loser. He must like me so much to call me that.”
Ochako stares hard at her boss. She wasn't wearing makeup and hair was very unkept. Like she was in a hurry this morning.
Katsuki sat down. He sighs as if he was so satisfied from bullying him. He even nodded. Now he is making Izuku use that nickname to torment him.
His boss truly does hate him.

“Ok.”

“Keep calling me that.”
Huh?
“From now on, you will now call me Kacchan.”

“Do you understand?!"
“Yes sir!”
“HAH?!” Katsuki stood from his chair with the meanest glare.
“I mean Kacchan. Yes, Kacchan!”
“I’m sorry for calling you stupid sir!” He should be kneeling for his life now.
“No not that! The other one.”
“Huh?”
“The other one after stupid. What was it you called me?”
“Ka-Kacchan!” Izuku shouted out. It was the nickname Izuku made in rebellion. A childish cutesy nickname,
“What did you just say?”
Oh no! Izuku is dead.
“Nothing!”
“Yes you did!”
He will die today. In the hands of his handsome boss.
“Now tell me what did you just call me?!” Katsuki slammed his hands on the table.
This is serious. Izuku is doomed.
“Deku, be useful and get me some water.” He ordered.
//Ok sir, one water coming up.//
“Stupid, Kacchan.”
Izuku paused.
Katsuki paused.
Izuku accidentally exchanged his thoughts with his real words.
On the fifth day of Izuku calling his boss Kacchan in his head, something unthinkable happened.
His boss is busy writing up a storm, giving a bad look on his face after a phone call earlier. Like a scrunched up potato. A handsome potato.
He even took photos of it, no doubt to show it to his friends and make fun of him.
Cruel, mean, foul!
//Stupid Kacchan.//
Katsuki: “I’m going to print this and frame it and hang it in the dining room.”
Ochako: “...”

The next day, his boss made him cook omurice with a smiley face and heart on it with ketchup. Izuku has a crooked hand after an accident in high school so he can’t write nicely. His boss made him write it again and again until he was satisfied with the heart on his eggrice.
Today his boss made him wipe the table. Ten times! All the while he just sat there enjoying Izuku bending over in misery for sure.
//Stupid Kacchan.//
Katsuki: “Deku has a mountain of an ass.”
Ochako: “...”
Well, Izuku will start calling him Kacchan as revenge, in his head only. Too scary to say it for real.
“…”
Goosebumps crawled on his skin. He did not just think his boss was handsome! Get a grip Izuku!
Though his boss is kinda handsome.
“Stupid Kacchan.”

“Curse you poverty.” He needs money. He can’t quit. It doesn't help that his boss is stinking rich.
He sighs. If only Bakugou Katsuki wasn't so handsome then many Izuku could hate him too and he keeps calling him that nickname Deku.

“That's it!” He has enough.Izuku decided to resign. He will quit. He has some pride too damn it!
