Tonight's CFP National Championship is a massive show for @espn.com.
The 1080p HDR production has 115 cameras:
- 2 SkyCams
- PylonCams (goal line, end zone, line-to-gain)
- on-field shallow DoF rig (Sony FX3 on Ronin)
- 4K robos down the goal lines
- a 4K handheld in the catwalks
It's a new year and a new home for PGA TOUR Studios, which broadcasts its first live event from its new facility in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL today.
165,000-sq.-ft with nine control rooms, LED walls, studio sets, an IP-based infrastructure. The works.
Today’s alternate broadcast: NBC Sports will produce the first
EA MaddenNFL Cast on Peacock.
The production will blend the worlds of live broadcast and video games though graphics.

Big news in the UK as the Premier League will take all international media production in-house beginning in 2026-27.
That includes the production of each season’s 380 matches.
