Enlarging the House is a idea that's long past due.

RIP Dan Bice.
The whole “climate change will be a series of photos until you’re the one taking the photos” meme really hitting home after seeing and hearing about the hail damage here in Madison this week.
Pretty saddened by the BWCA news.
Bummer to receive as I wait for the train to leave St. Paul.
Folks worked hard and it was not enough.
It is of the times.
Doing the lord’s work.
The Boston Red Sox play the Minnesota Twins at Target Field. View from near right field foul pole toward home plate.
Baseball is good.
This new Johnny Blue Skies is absolutely great.
Fine, I guess the Men might be good now too. ;-)
Congratulations to the Men’s Hockey team for making it to t he National Championship game. On Wisconsin.
Okay this isn’t really happening anymore so I can tell you how l had “internal ICE sources”: the 3000 very stir-crazy ICE agents were all going wild on Minneapolis Tinder. Local girls would match with them and string them along for intel. They loved to brag about what they were doing all day
On today’s anniversary, let me say the world would in a better place if we had hung more Confederate traitors to the constitution.
We’re going to fire them all and tell the union to pound sand.
Go back and tell 2020 Rick and the ADCC crew that in 2026 Chris Taylor would walk onto the WI Supreme Court with a massive margin.
But what if we are willing to let Trump's lies and corruption be conflated with the entirety of the country writ large?
We used our process to elect him. We own that. Even me, someone who did not vote for him. A process I endorse spit him out.
Iran defeated and exposed us. They made apparent that the American Empire is weak and vulnerable and the fake ceasefire is a disguised surrender.
Welcome to the Age of American Humiliation. It’s going to get worse if we don’t learn our lessons.

They succeeded at UW-Madison.
It’s called the Thompson Center.
Stand against genocide of any people, of any culture or religion, anywhere. There are no excuses. There can be no place for eliminationist rhetoric by any one. Human rights are for all people, everywhere, all the time, with no exceptions.
You could go out on the streets, organise nationwide strikes.
Civil disobedience, paralysis of public life.
People have successfully done it in other countries, like South Korea during Yoon's martial laws announcement.
But I guess expecting Americans to be as brave as South Koreans is misguided.
If Trump uses nukes, I am stopping what I am doing and going to throw tomatoes at the closest federal facility and I won’t leave until he is removed from office.
We are going to need Nuremberg and we are going to need it not just for leadership but for anyone who pushes buttons.
Anyone "just following orders" tonight.
I don't say that lightly.
Donald Trump is completely unhinged. His statement threatening to eradicate an entire civilization shocks the conscience and requires a decisive congressional response. The House must come back into session immediately and vote to end this reckless war of choice in the Middle East before Donald Trump plunges our country into World War III. For years, Republicans have enabled and excused Donald Trump’s deeply dangerous and extreme behavior. Enough is enough. Our brave men and women in uniform have been put into harm’s way in the Middle East. Over a dozen have already been killed and hundreds injured. Gas prices are skyrocketing, the cost of living in America is out of control and billions of taxpayer dollars are being wasted on a reckless war of choice. It’s time for House Republicans to put patriotic duty over party loyalty and join Democrats in stopping this madness.
After Trump wrote, in reference to Iran, “A whole civilization will die tonight,” the entirety of the House Democratic leadership issued this joint statement:
Variations of “the poor, ignorant masses, they know not what they do” is a lot more condescending than saying voters are adults who made a choice, and that adults bear responsibility for the foreseeable consequences of their choices.
Millions of American voters wanted to be villains. They came to believe it’s the key to success, while goodness is weak, woke, loser stuff, done only to signal.
Offered the option of unvarnished villainy, they enthusiastically took it. Seeing others suffer more made them feel big.
And here we are.
We own this.
Impeach Trump.
Looking like this summer is gonna have a tour of ballparks theme that’s kind of unexpected.
I talked with a guy today who leads a firm that invests in solar projects. He's got portfolios of projects in the US, Brazil, South Africa, & Latin America (Columbia, to start). I asked him if he worries about political risk (another RWer in Brazil, a coup in Columbia, whatever).
He told me ...
