God damn it I knew Pragmata's ending was going to make me cry and sure enough.
That's the second game to ever do so.
A truly magnificent masterpiece. I don't need a sequel but I'd love to see one.

3 hours in to Pragmata, its very very good.
- Arkham Asylum level design with detailed locations.
- Diana is surprisingly not annoying at all.
- Very satisfying gameplay loop of shoot, dodge, hack.
- Story interestingly tackles self-generative things and excessive-automation.
It's very strange to me how many TF fans think shiny = always good.
FT, XTB and DST's constructicons are all made actively uglier by shiny coat treatment. Why does anyone like that shit on them, it looks horrendously bad on all three sets.
Gives off such a lame garish vibe that offends my eyes.
One of my all time favorite tower defense games Defense Grid 2 suddenly got new dlc with new maps and story content after 12 years which is nuts.
I hope the devs are ok gosh I'd love a DefGrid 3. Feel like no one else has ever gotten the genre just perfect like Hidden Path did.
As big an OP fan as I've been for the last 20 years I'm ok with the live action show trimming the story way down and focusing on the best parts of each arc. No need for all 10 thousand manga characters to show up haha.
I doubt they'll get any further than half way. Be fun while it lasts tho.
And of course after a brief few years of joyfully enjoying seeing sony games hit PC they've decided to go back to exclusivity.
I guess I'll never be playing an insomniac game ever again.
Thanks Jim Ryan, you absolutely useless dumb cunt.
NEW EVANGELION SERIES WRITTEN BY YOKO TARO!!!!!
Fucking yes times a billion holy shit I am so excited to see what he does with it.
Maximus makes me wonder if a future mmc combiner will be able to do everything the likes of Pexus can someday.
I'll never understand why hasbro nor third parties has given megatron or galvatron a proper artillery alt mode and always go for the same old boring g1s or generic abrams-ish tank.
When there's so many bad ass real life artillery tanks and trucks and plenty of sci-fi to take ques from.
Played the demo for Replaced, a side scrolling cyberpunk game that has arkham style combat and amazing visual design and style. Apparently full game is out in three weeks, been waiting years for it and I think its going to be something special.
And the fully merged Maximus Alternative set.

They finally did it. Someone finally got the Genesic design just right. And of course, its 800 freak'n dollars.
Honestly I think Ghibli peaked as a studio back with films like Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle. Feels like a lot of the imagination and fun of their older work is absent today.
Makes sense a lot of their staff left n formed other studios. Need to watch their stuff now.
Caught up on some ghibli films.
Poppy Hill: ah crap are we doing an incest? sure hope not.
Wind Rises: man I just wanna make planes war sucks.
Princess Kaguya: everyone love's god's daughter.
When Marnie Was There: turns out the cure for depression was your dead grandma's childhood ghost.

I remember as a kid seeing this guy and being so disappointed his legs couldn't move. It's so nice to see him be able to today as part of takara's Missing Link remake toy line.

It's not, 60 US is 90Aus and 90aus has been new game pricing for decades.
Doesn't stop it from sucking and feeling so lacking in value with how much more the gaming hobby offers for so much less these days. I like high budget well made linear games but they always feel so overpriced.
At last Ignis Alternative has all of his finished parts and details thanks to these updated pics from mmc showing off the larger rifles, combiner chest and some final paint additions.
Played the Pragmata demo. It's quite fun.
Checked the price tag on the full game and laughed. Capcom has sent it out to die thinking people are gonna pay that.
It'll be super discounted not long after release I bet and never get a sequel. sigh. fuckin idiots.
Yolopark's Tarn and Nickel lookin very nice.
New Carmageddon seems more like a Full Auto or a Split Second but eh, I liked both so maybe it'll be decent.
Shame no ones ever tried to figure out how to do open world vehicle combat/puzzle solving in spirit to the old carma's.
Apparently Clair Obscur and Dispatch were both projects that devs tried to get made within Ubisoft and were told no. Then those people left, formed studios and made them and both have been huge successes.
God Ubisoft is run by absolute clowns.
The Jim Henson people just quietly doing the biggest puppeteering flex in decades with fnaf2. Bonnie, Chica, Foxy and Mangle all look amazing.
Ventus Alternative pics thanks to Iamnofire.
Holy crap they actually made a toy of Shuma? that's awesome.
Does he have rubbery tentacles with wires in or are they solid?
It's rather depressing how many people seem to not appreciate how incredibly nice Demolitor is as I absolutely adore everything about him. Especially how well he hides away vehicle mass, his part efficiency seems incredible.
MMC's Eradicator. Nicest looking crane mode I've ever seen. No idea how he manages to hide away the entire combiner chest so cleverly.
Heard about them doing this a few weeks back and decided to hold off buying the game till it was all rolled out.
Seems really bizarre to me to treat a game like a tv show in this way when the whole thing is done already.
