Howdy!

A very nice young lady at the grocery store cash register asked me just now if I needed help out to the car with my bags. I told her, "That day is coming, but it is not today." She smiled. I smiled. Kindness ruled.
Thank you!

Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes!
Pretty tasty.
I am back in the States. Here is one more photo from England, taken early in the morning before I left for the airport. This was my first big trip post heart stent, and between the doctors fixing me, and me taking their advice on diet and exercise, the journey went well.
On a Virgin Airlines flight back from Heathrow, there were about 40 pre-teens who were coming to Orlando to do a dance and cheer competition. They circled the plane's aisles for 8 hours. That kind of energy was impressive and exhausting to witness.
Thank you!

I had a wonderful time teaching songwriting at SoreFingers Music Camp in Hampshire ,UK. Lots of creativity in this photo, and some mighty fine songs came out of the week.
It has been a very good week teaching songwriting here at Sorefingers music camp in Hampshire, UK. Some mighty fine songs have been born out of the class. I am so proud of my students, and as usual, I learned as much from them as they did from me.
