It was one of those books that was extremely hard, but extremely worth it, in my opinion.

It feel better today! So I think it could have been a good pop?!? Bodies are horror.

But it also feels bad when my calf (ligament(?), tendon(?), muscle(??)) pops for an unknown reason. And doesn't necessarily feel any worse than the pain I felt before. Except when I stretch it. But also not at all unless I'm moving. (fin)

But with the obvious degradation of search engines and quality of articles due to AI slop, and feeling that in person medical care is so overburdened already — I find myself wanting to for the second in one week. It feels bad, my friends. (2/?)

I can't remember a time before when I felt the need to ask a family-member/friend whose a doctor/nurse a question about my health. I’d usually just look it up on the internet and ask my own healthcare professionals (1/?)
