The media’s failure to cover Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner’s ongoing conflicts of interest as he gets billions from the Middle East while being Trump’s negotiator is insane.
(Especially after what they did with Hunter Biden)

I didn't know the story of Pearlman but now a bit better informed 😬
Did you read the article?
3 Stories: Trump lying about Putin & Russia
🔹 2014: "I've done a lot of business with Russia, I met Putin once"
🔹 5/16: "I don't want to say.. no comment. Let's assume I did. I don't want to hurt Putin's confidence"
🔹 7/16: "Nothing to do with Russia. No! Absolutely Not!"
Whose side are the military and police on❓
Certainly not the people's.
And certainly NOT the USA's in promoting the most powerful democracy in the world now under a fascist regime controlled by a madman.
Good. It’s easy to forget that climate change denial & shilling for fossil fuel companies provided a template for Tufton Street, Brexit & pretty much every egregious example of persuading populations to vote against their own interests. The story of Don Pearlman should be taught in kindergartens…
In 2002 a 17 year old from Londrina, Brazil boarded Jeffrey Epstein’s private jet in Paris and was trafficked to New York. Around 30 girls were on that flight. Ghislaine Maxwell prowled the cabin. Some girls sat on Epstein’s lap. The teenager was Amanda Ungaro.

Are the men in white coats on their way?
And, I should add, how much of taxpayers' funds end up in the pockets of the oligarchy.
CNN put together a montage of Trump saying as far back as March 9 that his war against Iran "is going to be finished pretty quickly," then him saying that same thing over and over for the past six weeks
Do most British people know who really owns Britain and, arguably and for want of a better phrase, control our lives?
There's plenty of choice of further reading - Alan White, Guy Shrubsole, Hettie O'Brien, George, et al.
Neoliberalism has been a huge success for the 1%/oligarchy helped by those voters who have been soundly convinced to do so by the former.
This whole pattern of giving enormous undeserved salaries to CEOs etc, was ushered in, in the beginning of the neoliberal era under Reagan and Thatcher. It corrupted society. It created a tiny clique of people, utterly loyal to the neoliberal system, and the oligarchs pulling strings in it.

Almost everything we argue about is a substitute for the thing we should be arguing about: the immense wealth & power of an oligarchic class, which captures governments, ruins lives and wrecks the living planet.
This class redirects our rage at scapegoats. To resist its lies is to resist its power.
One for the @electoralcommission.org.uk ?
😊
Teal? More like turquoise which I find a little ironic, given the etymology.
I'm so bored with all this now - apart from wanting to know much more about the weird workings of Westminster civil service.
So tired of these small business owners bitching about how the “NoTax on Tips” did nothing to help them. They are still paying taxes on tips. This guys problem is tariff taxes on produce. HE voted for it! Fool.
He had Trump come to his restaurant during the campaign. Fool. #pinks #bluecrew #resist
'Dismissive'? How so?
Is it?! Tbh, (call me naive) I find that so disturbing.

Excellent news
"Palantir is not just a problem of profiteering from our national healthcare system— it's a fundamental threat to the democratic control of our public infrastructure + the privacy of every citizen. By giving our taxes to this company, we are aiding their operations everywhere."
