The AWS CDK allows me to do this using a separate class for my networking and EC2 all in the same csproj file, then via CLI state which one I want to destroy. Pulumi doesn't seem to allow this. I'm still very new to it, so I may be overlooking something obvious

A question when using the #pulumi C# SDK. I want my networking setup code to run separately from say my EC2 instances, so that I can destroy the EC2 instances without taking down my network each time (today they're in the same stack). How do I setup that up?
