Ok so not long after this I found one locally and bought it. I enjoy it greatly

I appreciate your TC39 updates but someday I hope to see pattern matching in the list again 🙏
Absolutely kicking myself for not just buying the steam deck this weekend. Devastated right now and that's what I get for trying to be responsible for once
Window Sync in @zen-browser.app is utterly vexing to me. I've never wished all (usually 2, maybe 3) my browser windows kept their tabs in sync. Not hating on people it works for; I'll give it time but it's pretty disruptive
MINNESOTA — Mom goes outside to warm up her car, ICE grabs her: "Please, my car kids are all alone in the house!”
So nothing has changed and Homan was just to put a new face on the cruelty, got it

🚨CAUGHT ON TAPE: a clip going viral shows Greg Bovino’s orders to ICE agents in Minnesota, saying “this is OUR fucking city” - and pushing mass arrests. He promises “trailers of that shit,” meaning tear gas.
This is why people are dead. Share this everywhere.
Due to great vowel shift, TypeScript would be pronounced like 'TapeScript' but the spelling would of course remain the same
Or maybe C would suffer a Norman invasion-esque event and it would become a giant mess. Or is that what led to C++?
Imagine if proto-JS worked out `Date`, proto-Rust made Rust a bit more digestible, and proto-Go made Go tolerable 😉
Had a thought: in conlanging it's common to first create a proto-language, then evolve it into the one you really want (if the goal is naturalism).
Could that apply to programming langs? Start with a proto-prog-lang, then simulate years of natural lessons to refine the ideas
I'm interested because it's a bummer that npm stagnated so badly. Would love to contribute even if realistically I'm kinda time-poor
I just spoke with the White House after another horrific shooting by federal agents this morning. Minnesota has had it. This is sickening.
The President must end this operation. Pull the thousands of violent, untrained officers out of Minnesota. Now.
As tens of thousands across America protest the violence that ICE sows with impunity, federal agents shot and killed another person in Minneapolis today. ICE terrorizes our cities. ICE puts us all in danger. Abolish ICE.
I have only a 1yo boy who is generally a poor sleeper, so mostly survival at libraries and such. Wife works Sundays, so I try to entertain kid myself the best I can. Thanks for this thread, it's nice to read real accounts of other parents just sloggin it (and maybe ideas for when the boy's older)
Got the TOTP code 333333. I feel cosmically chosen
@jaredpalmer.com Saw elsewhere that you're working on native stacked PRs for @github.com. count me & my org in! 🙏
I'd love that workflow to be better on GitHub
OVH US server region selection showing 2 regions as out of stock and unavailable: North America (US - East - Vinthill) and North America (US - West - Hillsboro)
@ovhcloudus.bsky.social any chance of a restock for US VPS servers soon? I've been checking for a couple weeks with no luck
⚓ Oxlint now supports plugins written in JavaScript ⚓
Developers can customize and extend Oxlint using JavaScript, but at a speed approaching Rust, due to 'raw transfer' between Rust and JS, and other breakthroughs
Many ESLint plugins can run without any modification.

I would like @tc39.es to try this
Hi it's me, the guy who messed it up
My snapshots were wrong
Trying to fix tablemark-cli's tests in CI... I know it's color related but setting `FORCE_COLOR` to 1 in Vitest config `env` didn't work. Can't repro locally unless I set `FORCE_COLOR` to 0. Ideally the snapshots would include colors
CI fail:

PHP got a pipe operator. PHP.
Please in JS now?
Respect to @github.com for reversing the deprecation. Here's hoping Command Palette gets promoted to GA and more attention 🙌

@github.com maybe try putting a feature on the other side of the curtain first before claiming you're killing it for low usage. I use the Command Palette constantly and didn't want to lose it.

Don't be distracted from the fact that in 2026, @tanstack.com Start will throw Next.js off Hell In A Cell, plummeting 16 ft through an announcer’s table.
#webdev
Absolutely brilliant naming from the @tanstack.com folks on the "devinxi" branch. I see you
Also the thing itself is shaping up so nicely
I'm clearly doing something Turbopack doesn't like, because I'm not seeing anywhere close to the compile times or perf gains I'm hearing about in Next.js. I miss Vite 🥺
Currently in the NEXT_TURBOPACK_TRACE rabbit hole
