- This temporary account will expire after 90 days and you'll be assigned a new temp account if you edit again after that.
- Only a limited number of trusted users are able to view the IP addresses of temporary accounts where necessary to combat abuse.
Minwi, the Minecraft Wiki's mascot, points to the user contribution page of a temporary account named "~2026-PenguinBasaltZoglin1699", who made an edit on the "Java Edition 26.1" page. Below the image, it says "No more revealing your IP address every time you edit without an account!"
Temporary Accounts have been implemented on the Minecraft Wiki
That means that when you edit without creating an account your IP address will no longer be shown, and instead you'll be given a random name using some Minecraft-related words

The copper cape. Its design depicts the chiseled copper pattern. This pattern has various stages of oxidization, with the top of the cape depicting copper that is not oxidized, and the bottom of the cape depicting fully oxidized copper. The elytra design uses a similar oxidization gradient, but depicts copper grates instead.

- Place a Copper Golem Statue in Bedrock Edition (in any game mode)
- Watch a few minutes of a Minecraft TikTok or Twitch stream to get a code
- Obtain a code in-person at the Minecraft booth at MCC/TwitchCon in San Diego

How To Fix Any Bug
