We should start by saying this is a Iranian wish list, that its highly illegal and it is not something we should cheer or be neutral about so we can dunk on Trump. Imo, this is deeply troubling for many reasons - "might makes right" anyone? - if it were to sustain beyond the fog of war.
So many things are interconnected now. From here, its quite a logical buildup to a WW3 if it were to happen. European countries would do well to prepare for many more emergency and war plans, including giving EU more foreign policy powers for a limited period and/or on certain dossiers.
