I want to be better and force a sleep schedule but I just get in my head too much.
Listening to music is the best thing thats helped me so far, but it can’t always stop my mind from racing.

I have a horrible sleep schedule and rarely get enough sleep in general.
I just have a hard time sleeping at night because I feel as though I haven’t done enough with my day but I usually can’t do enough with my day because I feel weak or tired or my day is just chaos
