Yes!!! This would be amazing. If I ever get to the point of making games myself, dialogue is gonna have tonal tags.
And I love that it could help with language learning too! I've been thinking about exploring games in other languages to help me learn a new language, and this sounds sooo helpful.

I would love it if games with social interactions tell you how the things you are saying effect the other characters.
Make it an accessibility setting. Because we're all going to interpret words differently bc we all communicate differently, and one of the main complaints I see is this.

Finally finished Off The Top, a short beat-em-up game for #FrenJam 2: Electric Boogaloo with my partner. It was fun to work on it with him!!
We only had two weeks to finish this up, and I feel like I learned a lot! Excited to work on more goofy projects like this. 💖
