I set up a brain dump lost each morning, where I write everything down that comes up over the day, cross it off as it get done etc. At the end of my working day, I put remaining stuff on the list for tomorrow or dates etc in a calender. Knowing that no one sees the list helpes a lot 👀😵💫

Yeah sounds like after covid fatigue. It hit me each time I had it but the first time, it was the worse. For months on end I had to lay down after showing etc. Maybe your doc can check your blood for Markers if you had it (when it isn't to long ago) I feel you. Be gentle with yourself.

Try to engage in groups for your hobbies or stuff you know a lot about, comment and post. Comment karma and an active account is the most important part there.
- some use a sfw account and change it to a nsfw account after enough karma, for me it's the best to have a mixed account.

Fansly changed there algorithm around 4 weeks ago and claim it should be now working in the favor off all.... what should work; clips between 4-7sec, 7-11 hashtags (first relevant for the video content), not more then 2 posts and time, some stuff get more traction weeks/month later..... it sucks😅🙊
