NY Progress post. Starting point. Def feeling a lot softer after a bad December with sickness. A bit more fat to shift that I would have liked! Two different lighting sources so I have the frame of reference.

Am def trying😅 Already made a few changes in expectations at work which have helped a lot so that's certainly something I'll be continuing! 🤞

But I don't see 2026 being much different so I'm not making targets or getting my hopes up fir anything at all. Especially at work. I've given myself more of a task to cut this year thanks to a sickness filled December so I think I'll just focus on that as a personal "goal". For now at least.

2025 wasn't the best year. MH was tanked for most of it largely due to job stuff pretty much and its def meant finding enjoyment in usual hobbies hard. Was some good. Cons, Paris trip and squatting 150kgs were some. And really getting into MTG has been immense fun as well!

Reminder as we approach that time of year, new year resolutioners in the gym are not the issue...

..the issue is the usual dickheads in your gym and anytime that school's out and kids use the gym as a hangout spot with no respect for anyone else or the equipment👍💪🤘

..I cannot wait to start the cut in Jan! I'll even be bringing in cardio from the get go whenever I can as well this time which sucks but its needed. A lot more to shift by Minami this time around!!
