Thanks for sharing! You mention you're teaching set 5 which is higher tier. Do you have sets split across two bands? (As in, is this the 5th set of the band or the year group?) I'm looking at my options for setting across the year group for my current y9

It will be my first full year as HOD and from Sep I'll have two morning briefings with my tena every week... Perfect set up to carefully build the culture

Yes! I do this for every assessment I mark, for the same reasons as you've mentioned.
