It was a shitstorm of circumstance and me not holding up my end of an agreement, but also a strong misunderstanding on the severity of my obligations at the time.

It's over, it's done, and all that became of it was a self-inflicted wound. One that I deserved.

What I'm trying to get across here is that I didn't just sit back in the shadows all self-assured like "well I know I'm right" like some spoiled taint. That shit hit me fucking hard because I allowed myself to behave like that when I knew damn well it was a stupid thing to do.

People keep speculating why, but this is literally it. The only reason.

I took all the criticism of my behavior to heart and did some whacky shit to better myself. I punished myself a lot. I still do. For menial shit I punish myself. All the time. It's unhealthy but that a topic for my therapist.

The MeatCanyon drama was the straw that broke the camel's back, yes. I took accountability, apologized to Hunter, and we agreed to let it go. He even apologized to me for the amount of transphobic hate the drama videos sent my way

Yeah! That's because the data is held by charges rather than alterations to a physical disk, so when left sitting without power, temperature, EMFs, and so-on can cause the data to "leak", or in other words, the gates holding the charge lose their insulation ability and then lose the charge.

No, even hard disks are climbing in price. Everything is. We never recovered from the manufactured GPU scarcity that hit its peak in 2020, and I doubt we'll "recover" from this. They'll use this as an excuse to keep prices super elevated.
