Dr. Juliana Tappe Ortiz is the new postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Tübingen. She is currently working on gender relations in conflicts, with a particular focus on the mobilization of women in religious groups in Colombia and Mexico.
The talk explored how gender, personal experiences of violence, and attitudes toward gender equity influence these perceptions, offering valuable insight into the risks faced by women activists.
