They want us fighting so we never notice who is stealing from us all. Don’t get lost in the circus.

it’s even more demoralizing when the history you’re repeating is history you were around for the first time
Don’t forget Mitch McConnell
I hate that the thanks for donating to a Democratic candidate is having my phone number sold on a list to a hundred other campaigns, all of whom send me passive-aggressive texts asking for my donation, often weirdly attempting a guilt trip, as though I knew them. I really don’t like that.
I want politics to be about a better everyday life.
Here's what that can look like:
It's like someone reached deep into my soul, ripped out the most essential part, and made a sign out of it.
Thank you!
Americans are in danger. I don’t care how you voted. You need you to look around, and realize it’s not good, and we’re going to need all of us banding together to save ourselves.

America right now is a weird country that coddles people with fake persecution complexes who have historically never been persecuted while persecuting people who have always been historically persecuted.
Can you point me toward where this is referenced in the Bible? I didn’t grow up in the church but I keep a bible on hand for these little moments that spark my curiosity.

Hi
This battle over Abrego Garcia is simple. It doesn't matter that he was here illegally. It doesn't matter if he's a gang member or if he's a wife beater (both of which are disputed). It doesn't matter if you think he deserves to be deported or to be in prison. / thread
Free Mahmoud Khalil.
Free Rümeysa Öztürk.
Free Mohsen Mahdawi.
Free Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia.
Free Juan Francisco Méndez.
Free Elsy Noemi Berrios.
Free the Venezuelan men.
Free them all.
Ah! So you’re saying trickle down doesn’t actually work….
This! I often wonder how many people see that moment as the turning point for the US.
TODAY WE MOBILIZED OVER 3 MILLION PEOPLE ACROSS THE NATION!!!
This movement has entered the next chapter: the people will mobilize again, and again, until we make a difference.
It only takes 3.5% of the population in a sustained resistance in order to make a difference.

Elons Grandpa had a lot to do with why Trump wants Canada and Greenland
Title: Both Liberal and Conservative Judges Rule Against Trump Description: A scatter plot showing the rulings of judges against or in favor of Trump, categorized by ideology using the DIME score. The x-axis represents Judge Ideology (DIME Score), ranging from liberal (-1) to conservative (1), and the y-axis represents the case outcome (against or for Trump). • Blue dots represent liberal judges, purple dots represent moderate judges, and red dots represent conservative judges. • Some judges are labeled, including Rudolph Contreras, Lauren King, John Coughenour, and James Emanuel Boasberg on the liberal to moderate side, and Carl Nichols, Richard J. Leon, and Joseph N. Laplante on the conservative side. • A note mentions that Boasberg, though slightly right-leaning, was initially appointed by George W. Bush. • The visualization suggests that judges from both ideological backgrounds ruled against Trump.
1/🧵 Judges across ideological lines are ruling against Trump at strikingly similar rates (84% liberal, 86% centrist, 82% conservative). This isn't partisan opposition to Trump—it's the judiciary functioning as intended by cutting across partisan lines to uphold the Constitution.
Please watch and share. We must not become numb to what is happening.
REPOST if you support our federal workforce and know how dedicated they are to their jobs. Show them you appreciate them!
Folks: I am NOT affiliated with the group that is using my name to support an economic boycott. Please spread this post, if you would.
Learning is a form of rebellion. Read, learn, educate yourself. The people in power want you to be dumb so that you're more susceptible. This is the most important thing you can do right now.
Reading, learning, and thinking are acts of rebellion in a society that profits on keeping us ignorant, placid consumers.
That seems like a very good idea. Combined with stopping withdrawals from our paychecks, we could actually get a little interest $ while we wait to see what happens.
