Fang watched as she rummaged through her bag, then began to step along the sidewalk.

The phone beeped, and Fang saw that it had been charged all the way. Handing her the phone back, he found himself being a bit more curious about the woman.

"...But I guess a little snack wouldn't hurt, if you're offering. Thank you, Jade."

"I think that's everything..." he hummed, slipping on the heavy pack. "Just gotta get my weapon."

The lion grabbed a sword leaning in a corner, fastening it to his belt before standing in front of the two once more.

"There... all done."

"Fantastic!"

The lion practically zoomed about the room, grabbing odds and ends that might be useful or would be a downright niche case. He tossed item after item into a sack, and by the time he had finished, it was nearly overflowing. +

"Hm..."

Fang glanced Jade's way once more, wondering what she had been through to leave her home.

"On that... perhaps I can relate. " he said. "Moved here years ago, to get away from a bad thing in my hometown. Change can be good.

"And no worries, I'm happy to help." he hummed.
