yeah, realized that once i started implementing this on my bigger project i made this for. but i added reset pds, plc, relay and all helpers.

seems to have fixed my implementation issues

`atp-testnet` is the pds, plc and relay/firehose. you can throw dids, plc ops, records and basically anything you would need.

been on a testing bender and have always hated that i can't really test my stuff on protocol.

so i spent too much time and tokens working on a package that can standup an atproto testnet (pds, plc & relay) to have full integration testing locally.

no more bs, fakes, mocks, and gaps in coverage
