One of my all-time favorite games. I think it's a desert island game for me since I feel like I could play it a million times and still enjoy it.

My wife broke the metatarsal that connects to her pinky toe and we are uninsured. I'm trying to get the money together to visit an orthopedic specialist (and lyft rides) -- so I'm having a flash sale of my most BONE-CRUSHING games.

(appreciate any support and reposts!)

This issue has everything you want out of Claremont-era X-Men. Magneto threatens the world! The X-Men don't have access to their powers! Storm has to wrestle with her oath to never kill! The beginning of Magneto's shift from villain to anti-hero! And it all ends with a dumb Star Wars joke!

The cover of Uncanny X-Men #150: "X-Men vs. Magneto!" Scott is trying to blast Magneto, who is blocking the optic beam with a magnetic field. Between them, Storm cries as she cradles the body of Kitty, who is injured and possibly dead.

Claremont-era X-Men.

I don't remember exactly which issue was my first one, but the earliest one I distinctly *remember* reading was issue 150; "I, Magneto!"

If your Kickstarter video/image is AI, I won't back it.
If your book has an AI cover, I won't read it.
If you're a public supporter of AI use for creative work, I will unfollow you.
I cannot stress enough how offensive I find AI use in the arts. It is outright theft, it is lazy, it is gross.

This is literally the Simpsons gag where they had classic movies with "fixed" endings to show in the old folks home. They had it so Elsa stays with Rick at the end of Casablanca.

Mr. Pump has Moist dead to rights here and Moist fucking knows it.

This is one of my all-time favorite Discworld moments because not only is it a great takedown of the "lovable rogue" archetype, not only is it a great breakdown of greedy assholes who don't care about their victims, but that Moist has *no* defense to this and he knows it.

This was an actual plot point in an episode of Law & Order: CI. Some video game developer coded a bot to play for him online so he had an alibi while he did a murder, and Vincent D'Onofrio figured it out because the guy always codes a specific movement quirk in his game's enemies.

Oh man I thought I was the only person who remembered that ridiculous scene!

Unfortunately, the show's name is so generic it's pretty much impossible to find the scene on YouTube (assuming it's there).

You Will Die In This Place by Liz A nihilistic dungeon crawler about death, art and identity.

So, apparently I missed Transgender Visibility Day by a few hours, but the full PDF version of You Will Die In This Place is now avaliable. You should be able to access it for free if you previously got the development preview.

Fortunately, my friends know I will never actually finish a project.

I now need a whole series that is just Jessica beating up all the c- and d-list villains in New York. No reason needed, just her being sick of all their shit.

I was gonna say, I'm not a Gun Knower but that seems like a really bad place to keep your gun if you want to be able to actually draw it.

I imagine it'd make it easier for someone standing in front of you to grab it, though.

Thats the one! Also has an era appropriate ending where Wolverine is the best person ever.

So would these games be in a sort-of-series that follows design trends through the ages like UFO50 does? Like earlier games are more old D&D, middle ones might be 90's design trends, then the last ones are like current indies?
