Also there's a chance of middleand poor class also being heavilly taxed. Hopefully not, but atomic-sized hope.

I am slightly worried tho. When rich people move to less orno tax place, middle and poor class will most likelly be taxed. Hopefully it doesn't happen, but the hope is atomical in size. Especially because The State is guilty of many crimes of apitalism(inflation being one of them).
