None of us have heard a nicked Lime bike in ages - not a click click or beep beep for weeks. Have they finally fixed the known vulnerabilities?

This is insane when you think of the scale of the #climatecrisis and the opportunities for renewables.
Just not an opportunity that concentrates extreme power in the hands of a few in the same way.
Shows what is possible though.
Very beautiful, I've found some available on eBay.
Also for the same narrative of decline
I've seen some similar great staff social areas in bus depots
Sounds really tough. Feeling for you and wishing you a swift recovery and home soon.
Reform is running "Scotland is at breaking point" posters, singling out Glasgow as "the illegal immigration capital of the Uk" showing people on boats.
Just under 7000 people seeking asylum in Scotland in Dec. No official estimates of the undocumented population. The Glasgow claim is nonsense.
And now an excuse to leave NATO!
He's turbocharging American decline!
I'm not sure being allies with Europe was ever top of his agenda.
He's looking for excuses to undermine Europe
The 12 year olds at the Pentagon had a cool new missile they wanted to use. It explodes a few feet above the ground & shoots out little tungsten pellets, killing everyone nearby.
They used it to bomb a sports facility where girls were playing volleyball. Killed 21 people.
In your name.
The 2025 numbers are really striking.

Off to Liverpool to see how the Citizen First incubator has been going. A trip to Anfield to hear what the entrepreneurs have been up to. What a treat! I wrote about these methods in this post:

The 2015-2025 period was the warmest 11 years since observations started, with ocean heat and acidification at record levels, and continuing rises in sea levels and the retreat of glaciers

Please can I ask, what is the relevance of the SEC rule change in the graph? Appears to relate to insider trading?
There seem to be two possible outcomes for Hungary’s election:
- Orban loses, refuses to accept defeat, and Trump backs him, threatening retaliation if he does not stay in power
- Orban wins thanks to Russian and US interference
I hope the EU is prepared

Trump post about obliterating power plants
Trump is just full on advertising that he's going to commit war crimes now
Grim.
Spain's renewables build-out has structurally decoupled its electricity prices from gas markets. Gas now sets the price in only 15% of hours, compared to 90% in Italy.
Countries that invested early in clean power are far less exposed to fossil fuel price shocks. Those that didn't now pay the price.
Love how they are using Jimmy Saville's catch phrase.
Great minds.
Pretty staggering that the FT Trump interview opens with ‘if NATO doesn’t help us sort this mess, there’ll be problems’ and ends with ‘Russia might be helping target American soldiers, but really that’s sort of fair enough - we started it’.

As a parent about to enter "the system" I would prefer the money went to children's support not lawyers. Seems like a waste to me. Must be a better more equitable way adjudicate.
A system that relies on expensive lawyers or motivated parents to meet children's needs can never be equitable? Plus expensive legal engagement is a waste of resources.
FT coverage is just so good at a time like this at explaining stuff in a really concise, clear way. www.ft.com/content/1355...
Spanish PM Pedro Sánchez on Iran: “Spain is against this disaster. Because we understand that governments are here to improve people's lives, to provide solutions to problems, not to make people's lives worse.
