I don't think ride share drivers are just going to up and stop driving on the road (job or not) so I don't think that math maths the way you think it maths. But then again, I have a math learning disability so 🤷. I guess I'd rather drivers get paid then an alphabet subsidiary

I don't see the utility in putting MORE cars on the road than there are people while also taking away jobs from ride share drivers. Self driving is a cool idea and quite the engineering feat, but doesn't have practical uses in my mind that aren't offset by risks.
