Surprising discovery, reported by one of my team: my Macbook Pro mic sounds way better than my Airpods Pro 2, and sounds the same as my Blue Yeti.
And his MBP mic was way better than his Sony WH1000XM4.

At a really weird place in my head with running at the moment. Compared to your avg person, it's awesome that I can just run ~15km whenever I like, and I'm# training to race (another) half marathon. But compared to a lot of people that call themselves "runners", I'm quite slow. #running
