Sheet pan ‘nachos’ consisting of crispy air-fried potatoes & sweet potatoes smother with queso, pinto beans, grilled pico de gallo, smokey chipotle roasted chicken thighs, crumbled turkey bacon, Greek yogurt drizzle, chopped avocado, & fresh lime juice.
