A bill creating a minimum wage for farmworkers in Maine has been signed into law.

Starting next year, farmworkers' minimum rate will rise to $14.65 an hour.

Currently, their minimum wage is only $7.25/hr.

Four Democratic members of Congress from Illinois, Jesús “Chuy” García, Danny Davis, Delia Ramirez, and Jonathan Jackson, were denied entry to an ICE facility in Broadview, just outside Chicago, despite federal policy allowing them access without prior notice.

I will never again see an ICE agent without assuming they're from Proud Boys or Oath Keepers, a pardoned Jan 6 rioter or a member of the KKK.
