sewing update: I got distracted from my quilt project by another quilt project and I got distracted from THAT quilt project by a truly insane mending project on a garment barely holding onto life lol

not CURRENTLY in the market for recreational battery, but I'm sure I will be again at some point 😌

quilt progress!

quilt progress is slow but fun!

Im still unemployed BUT i have read twelve books so far this year and am taking my brain meds again and am making a quilt. ....however i only have one more month worth of bills in savings so things are about to get ROUGH

trying to get better at both improv AND making traditional quilt blocks! very fun and relaxing since this project is just for myself

I love seeing quilt blocks accrue one by one. so satisfyingggg

I am finished!!! the last bag is done and will be shipped to my friend tomorrow. and I think it's real pretty tbh

and I have already started on my big quilt project as a reward :)

oh lol i just realized i already posted about this. well this time theres pictures whoops

finished four more of my big quilted tote bag project. 12 down, one to go. bags are 18x18 with boxed corners. most are hand-tied, the red one is hand quilted with giant running stitches in various red perle cottons

finished the 12th out of 13 sewing projects that were SUPPOSED to be for christmas and hannukah lol. ONE MORE TO GO and then i can finally start on my bigfoot quilt

fun fact! when u stop taking antidepressants u start crying a lot :) I'm not even sad, I just like .. remembered how to do it I guess

today i learned that acetaminophen tablets can be used to clean gunk off irons. it worked SO WELL but i did set off my smoke alarm lol

i do have an interview for a job that would pay me like $12/hr more than my last job so PRAY FOR ME PLS it would change everything

haha okay I'm officially unemployed as of today, I have about 2 months worth of bills in savings but that's not counting stuff like food and the ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS I need to get my car back from the shop wtf

filling out my application now. is dumbass one word or two?
