I originally had the Acornsoft tape version, but got the disc version via the Superior release, so kept the original novella. Sadly the Beeb and almost everything with it got disposed of when I moved onto other things, not thinking they'd be of value. Except the novella which I kept and still have!

Cycle route also extends into Dawlish. Though stuck after that getting to Teignmouth other than busy road and nasty hills, but there's a hope that the Teign Estuary Trail goes ahead and joins up Newton Abbot

Shame Microsoft's venture into mobile died. Was a nice idea to have a single unified core OS that worked on a variety of form factors including mobile and updated in sync, and not depending on manufacturers/operators to push updates.
Mobile industry has long been allowed to get away with short obsolescence. Unlike a desktop OS that continues to receive patches decades later, most phones get a couple of years of patches if that and not all get them pushed out even if they're due a patch, depending on operator and region.
Series 1 theme kicked ass. Sounds awesome in 5.1 on the remaster Blu Ray
Series 2 though... Oh well, it's fun π

While I accept risks and have ended up in hospital a number of times mountain biking, my greatest fear is when I have to ride on the road. I have no control over the death machines trying to kill me.
A lot of effort trying to quit Sky. Loads of options online to add/upgrade services. Harder to downgrade, and quitting involves call with customer retentions. Email gets a rejection claiming they can only handle it over the phone.
Supposed to be a new law to make it easy to cancel services in 2027
The mass felling of trees as another part of the deal for "heathland restoration" is more questionable given the increase in traffic the road expansion (and from a connected housing development) creates, given more trees are needed to soak up CO2, not less.
There's one now near completion in the UK by the A3/M25 junction connecting commons. It's only there are as an eco bung to planning authorities as part of redevelopment of the motorway junction, but still it's nice to see.
Not sure on the solid white line. If it was double yellows then it would be illegally parked as it applies to the verge as well as the road.
Photo of a NASA lunar rover buggy taken in 1972. Grey moon surface and dust kicked up by fat tyres. Red dust guards over the wheels, and astronaut in white space suit sits on the buggy. Moon hill / mountain in the distance on the right. Black sky.
Just a few trips into first time round going to the moon, and they started driving on it. They should take e-bikes next time.

Had one ask where's my bell after ringing it, only for their friend to laugh saying they heard it but their friend doesn't have it turned on π
To be fair, my voice picks up better than the bell on hearing aids. Though some object to a voice, others object to a bell π€·ββοΈ
Just need ones that remotely turn on hearing aids switched off to "save the battery"
But cars parked on it don't ruin it π€
