I have those days. I can eat clean there for less than Erewhon or Whole Foods if I ignore the razzle dazzle. It's very difficult.

I had to change my source of iron. Apparently, shellfish is the best next to lean red meat or lentils. If you like pork, the smoked pork in the deli section is wonderful. Perfect in cabbage leaves or pretzel bread. I could go on all day.
