The 4th Circuit ruled that bans on Medicaid use for Gender-Affirming care for Trans ADULTS are constitutional. Currently, this applies to West Virginia. Expect this to be an ongoing battle in other states, with a potential Supreme Court case in the future. Be safe out there, everyone.
