Donut Run turns 4 today!! Happy to have been a part of it for so long.

New Year’s resolution remains the same- Have no neck. Every year since 2015 I have gotten closer but not achieved this. So we press onward.

Show last night was one of those that absolutely get you stoked on hardcore again. I was never not stoked, but it feels like youth again. DC on top.

I got stuck at work today way past normal time, wife had a terrible day, it’s dark, it’s cold, and I am exhausted. Still was excited to lift, and had a great workout. Been a long time since I’ve felt this excited about lifting.
