I am calling it now. Xbox are going to kill off Game Pass. What Xbox will do is keep the catalogue of 3rd-party games and small first-party games like Keeper, but Xbox's big first-party games will no longer release day one on Game Pass. Xbox needs to get people to buy games again.

Honestly, Fable and Forza Horizon 6 were the only standouts at the Xbox Direct. Don't get me wrong, I think Beast of Reincarnation looked great, but after going through Expedition 33, it looks same old.
The AI bubble is going to burst. I predict we will see the start of it starting late March with it all coming crashing down by August.
One Battle After Another was one of my favourite films last year. I can not recommend it enough.
I would take a free U2 album over Apple getting in bed with Google any day. Hell, I'll take a free Nickelback album.
EB Games looking to exit New Zealand is not a surprise and it is looking like the beginning of the end for EB. EB Games considering closure of all New Zealand stores www.vooks.net/eb-games-con...
Bought a Legion Go S, got it for a steal on eBay. First thing I did was install SteamOS because f*#k Windows.
Dear Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo
I just want to play games online. How much will that cost me? I don't want any included stuff, I just want to play my games online with friends and that is all.
Playing #GearsofWar on PS5 is weird. I just can’t get used to playing this with symmetrical sticks. Off axes or nothing. One day Sony will listen.
Starfield will release for the PS5 early next year in a complete edition that includes all DLC. Are you excited to play Starfield on PS5? I loved Starfield, but I understand why it didn't scratch the Fallout itch for many.
It is still insane how they got Cyberpunk running on the Switch 2. However, due to the digital triggers, driving is challenging.
While the Switch 2 has 256GB, you only get 249GB of storage with the rest taken up by the OS and other system needs. You may buy physical games, but game sizes are bigger, and these games will get patches that will be around 1GB; they all save on the internal storage. Just some food for thought.
Look, I did not hate the Doctor Who final, but I also did not love it. Was it campy fun? Yes. But I feel like the shark has been jumped, and I need to check out.
I am calling it now, on the Switch 2, after the first week, most users will just use the built-in chat for voice chat and not video or use screen share. I am also interested in testing how Cyberpunk will run if you are playing the game and having a 12-person video chat going, and all screen sharing.
You wish your food looked this good.
I think I will go back into Star Wars Outlaws now that there is a new DLC, and a few of the bugs that turned me off seem to be fixed.
It is a sad day for game media. I will miss giant bomb.
Saw #Thunderbolts* last night and thought it was an ok film. Nothing great or bad about it. Just you run of the mill Marvel film.
It is a weird experience playing a Forza game on PS5. It is going to be so sereal when Halo is on PS5.
Yes, I bought Forza Horizon 5 premium edition on PS5. Yes, I played it a lot on Xbox. No, I don't regret paying the $150 for it to get early access. Yes, I would rather buy games than rent them.
Andor has finally improved Star Wars. Those three episodes showed that Star Wars does not have to be a kid-friendly campy show, and it took some huge risks, especially that one scene that is a first for any Star Wars property. Buckle up, Star Wars is no longer in Kansas, kids.
It is nice to see a social media platform (this one) not charging for a blue checkmark. If only all social media accounts could follow suit.
Good morning, gamers. The PS5 now costs $830 in Australia. At launch, the PS5 disk drive edition was AUD 750.
Hey, @blessingjr.bsky.social is the screen on the Switch 2 plastic or glass? At this price point, I think it would have to be glass. Thanks.
I watched the first episode of "The White Lotus" last night to see what the buzz is all about. Honestly, I was underwhelmed. Maybe it is a slow burn?
If The Beatles wrote "A Day in The Life" today, the opening lyric would be, "I read the new today, oh f#@k off. We are f#@ked. I am staying in bed."
Oh, EB Games. Are you seriously telling me people are buying three different versions of this game in one transaction?
The writing has been on the wall for a while now. I do feel that the game industry is about to crash along with other parts of the entertainment industry.
With the Bond drama unfolding, this quote sums it up very nicely:
"The larger point is that Amazon isn’t a company that seems to value cinema, and doesn’t have longtime experience creating cinema, the way a company making the next Bond movie ideally should."

Watched Star Trek: Section 31 and wish I didn't. What were they thinking?
