Model behaviour: AI coaching after the 10K After training for my first 10K guided solely by AI not only did I complete it but I also raced in another just two weeks later. Here's how it all unfolded.

Back in January, I set myself a challenge: let an AI train me to be a better runner.

Naturally, it spiralled into a weird experiment involving model prompts, questionable encouragement, and some surprising results.
