Today on Transgender Day of Remembrance, we pause to reflect on the lives lost to violence and discrimination. Itâs a reminder that everyone deserves safety, dignity, and the freedom to live without fear. Building a respectful, caring province is something we can all stand behind.
CentreBC is warning the NDP governmentâs âLook Westâ economic plan is long on grand ambitions, short on credible solutions, and failing to reverse private sector stagnation, address record deficits, or offer relief for families facing BCâs affordability crisis.

Remember that task force the Premier said would defend B.C. against U.S. tariffs? The one with business, labour & Indigenous leaders? It's already gone. The NDP @bcnewdemocrats.bsky.social confuse announcements with action. @votecentrebc.bsky.social #centrebc #bcpoli

Extortion threats, arsons, and shootings are terrorizing families and businesses -- particularly in Surrey. Today, CentreBC is demanding an immediate, coordinated crackdown that uses the tools now available to law enforcement, while protecting victims and speeding prosecutions.

Another great night at the Harmony Arts Festival @harmonyartswv . Great band March Hare had everyone up on their feet. My daughter enjoyed trying on clothes from our fabulous local designers. All topped off by a harvest moon. Festival continues to August 10!
Some difficult spending decisions will have to be made that will allow for debt repayment. Currently, government's 3rd highest expense is interest on debt. This money should be going to those desperately needed services. Nothing is simple.
Fair question. Raising taxes isnât the only â or best â way to deal with a deficit.
The real solution starts with better financial management: tracking where money is going, using data to measure impact, and reallocating spending to what actually works.
BCâs debt has skyrocketed under the NDP & Premier David Eby â up $44 billion in just 2 years. A 49.4% increase, with over half of it going to cover operating costs, not schools or hospitals.
Families canât live off credit forever. Neither can governments. #bcpoli
