That's right, went to Bootham back in the day but not the new place yet!
Number 90 in an occasional series of 92 - AFC Bournemouth Women v Real Bedford Women, Women's National League South.
Just Brighton and Bromley to do next season, plus possibly a promoted team from the National League, depending on who comes up. Nearly there!
Got a part time job in a key cutting and security shop as a student. Parents now unsubtly hinting I should "do something with my degree" but I'll never forgive myself if I leave before having an opportunity to do the "I'm a locksmith" joke from Police Squad
I have a spreadsheet approaching 400 rows with fictional band names. Particular favourites include
Artisan Yoghurt Weavers
East Chicago Slag Explosion
Furloughed Magician
Mayonnaise Trauma
Peter Beagrie's Aquabingo
Snide Cornetto
Vagisil in the Broccoli

We're off to this on Saturday!
Was a brilliant night! Lovely to catch up with you but sorry I had to scoot before the end!
Lovely to see you all, it was a brilliant gig. Sorry I had to do one before the end! Until next time π
It's my first visit for probably about 25 years. Today I've mainly found myself ambling through some very pretty streets trying (and mostly failing unfortunately) to find a decent beer!
Number 88 in an occasional series of 92, Plymouth Argyle v Doncaster Rovers. No idea how Plymouth won that - in the first half especially they were so bad, they'd probably only have put 3 or 4 past Spurs
@adelepascale.bsky.social nice idea changing your age but you're not fooling anyone π
Another superb occasion last night at our third twice-yearly @loroshospice.bsky.social charity quiz. Our winners took home a fabulous voucher for a First Class Lunch on the Great Central Railway, and the grand total raised for the evening was a magnificent Β£710 π
I've just discovered this was out completely by accident. Listening now... absolutely superb!
Thank you very much!
Cheers Rob!
A lifetime achievement goal unlocked this weekend as I have now got a recording credit for playing bass guitar on a real, actual released piece of music. A huge thank you to @adele_pascale for coming up with the idea, and to the one and only @HumdrumExpress for making it happen.
Was coming here to post exactly this π
I concur 100% with this.
Fabulous news πππ
Likewise mate, lovely to catch up π
Absolutely this π
Absolutely!
So happy to hear this Rob. Much love to you my friend π
Number 86 in an occasional series of 92 - Cardiff City v Cheltenham Town. Long may Loughborough University continue to give us the day off after a bank holiday π
Popped out for some binbags. Accidentally walked to Barrowβ¦
You would have been 40 today. I miss you so much πππ
Lovely Italian afternoon tea with mum today. Raising a glass to my sister who would have been celebrating her 40th birthday next week.
Number 85 in an occasional series of 92 - Oxford United v CD Leganes
I work in a specialised trade restoring historic buildings. I've been lucky enough to work on some of the oldest & well known buildings across Europe. In quite a few of them i've written 'Kopites are gobshites' in hidden places that would never get found unless it got demolished
