Just to stop incorrect info from spreading: the issue wasn't with new accounts vs edits, it was about only checking for exact matches

They only check the first part of the handle and only if it is on their domain. It's just a reservation system

To add to PSA: there are some non-offensive reserved words on there that you can (and should) use for testing
