I’d almost forgotten I’d still got this old 70s Premier chrome snare. I won’t have played this for about a decade, cos that’s when Glowpeople called it a day.
I thought I’d use it for a little while today I started recording drums for a few new Thought Bubble tracks we currently have on the go.

My next gig will be in Leek, Staffordshire, in the opening band with the lovely #crystalteardrop who I’ve seen at Kozfest and will be also playing #sonicrocksolstice and a band who’re now a massive draw #helicon #psychrock
Last night in the White Horse, Peckham. We had a supper spicy meal - and enjoyed a surprisingly groovy and dubby local jam band.

It became more of a veering stagger as the recreationals kicked in. We somehow clocked up 19km - and even found ourselves in an electronica gig, at one point.
Beside the seaside last week. Great Yarmouth
Today I have been working on mixes for three new Thought Bubble tracks, while also designing a set of pretty far out tarot cards.

A rare visit to Birmingham. Through the late 70s and into the early 90s this would have been my regular stomping ground.
I see all episodes of the Ed Pratt source to sea, River Thames expedition are now viewable for free on YouTube. It was filmed a couple of years ago now, but is highly entertaining and informative. Watch it on your telly though (freeview), rather than a tiny phone screen
