Blargh. I spent most of 2024 shifting around meds, then settled a little more in 2025, and now I’m… basically back to what I was on originally, but with added ADHD meds.
Winning combo for me is Trintellix, Wellbutrin, and Adderall XR.
Unrelated: I have taken up gardening.
D&D idea: NPC called the Perifirtree. If you are cursed by the Perifirtree, you suffer from Perifiral Vision: You always think you see a person out of the corner of your eye, but every time you look, it’s just a fir tree.
…..okay but like I was literally just thinking to myself, “May not have slept but the living room and office sure are clean!! ✌️🤪”
Got me beat by an hour or so.
Every year, without fail, there are at least two False Springs here. And, oh my Yogg, this most recent had better freaking be the last one 😭
I love everything about Rhea Ripley and Iyo Sky.
hello I bought a cast iron pan and it came with a battle pet because the year is 2026 and I'm an adult

Yes!! I really *want* to like the changes because I can’t really point to any one part and say, “This is the problem!” and in fact kinda like most of them objectively.
But they feel like they belong to a profession system for a different game.
And to be clear, I only ever gather. WoW overcomplicated gathering in a way that might technically make sense but functionally is just a lot of added layers to something I never wanted to think too hard about.
*whispers*
I’ve been less invested in WoW professions ever since the revamp.
Don’t go in without at least one Pendant of Life in your bags.
Anyway, if anyone hears about [REDACTED] from [REDACTED] and [REDACTED], please let me know. I’m quite excited about this one!
Every so often, we pitch for an upcoming title but lose the pitch to another agency. And then there’s not really a good way to ask around if anyone has heard any news about it.
Update notes from the April 14, 2026 Hades 2 update. The text reads, "Poseidon now becomes increasingly enthusiastic as Sea Star activates more times."
@supergiantgames.bsky.social, you have truly blessed us with this update — if I may be greedy, I would beseech the gods to share these sounds files OR provide a toggle to have only voice lines play, no ambient sounds.
(Because I really want to hear "Hahaha! YES!" every time I get a text 🩵)
It's definitely the stereotype, but everything I heard about [ADHD med] prior was from friends who used it to get through exams in college or when they needed to Get Shit Done™. Then (after trial and error), I found the right dose and it's just kind of like... I feel "normal" without the hypomania.
Especially helpful when I misplace something in the house because I didn’t put it in exactly the same spot as always 🥲
THIS IS SO FUN I LOVE YAWNING ALL DAY WHILE I REREAD THE SAME SENTENCE TEN TIMES AND THEN REMEMBER WHAT I INTENDED TO DO OVER AN HOUR AGO.
We’ve had to put a soft barrier against our door because the wobbly boi gets excited around 5am and, if he hears *any* movement or sound (even turning over), he starts throwing himself at the door nonstop. Literally, it’s just sound of him falling into the door over and over and over until we open.
….okay now I’m actually really curious about some of my family members’ recipes lmao.
😂 incredible. But y’know what? Preserved forever alongside a monument to your existence. And still genuine.
My goodness, I love recipes (and stories) like this 😭🥺
Onto tangentially related, but from the second I first heard about it, I’ve always been a massive fan of Rosie Grant’s (www.instagram.com/ghostly.arch...) endeavors to make recipes that have been printed on gravestones.
My mom and grandma both have a few recipes that are at the “I tell my friends they *have* to try this” level. It was not until maybe Covidtimes that I realized, if anything happened to them, I have no clue if I’d be able to ever make some of my favorite meals again.
That’s actually really smart. And helps me plan out at least, like… 8 weeks of dinners 😂
At the point in my life when I really want to learn the recipes for some of the meals I’ve loved since I was a kid but need a better way of catalysing that conversation than, “In case you die unexpectedly.”
Maybe this can be my new hyperfixation.
It’s too late. I am encouraged!!
Sign me up for the next batch of both.
something that wrinkles my brain every time I remember it is the fact that total eclipses are only possible on earth because the moon and sun appear to be the same size in our sky, due to the insanely, astronomically unlikely fluke that the moon is 400x smaller than the sun but 400x closer to us.
