I need people to know that the photos of colourful moon are not from Artemis II. They were made by a Ukrainian photographer, who enhanced the colours of the moon's surface to represent its mineral composition.

I can't stand to see an individual work be misattributed and misrepresented like this.

And no, donating them is not always an option. Thrift stores also don’t want a 20 year old book full of glue and book tape that’s falling apart anyway.

People get SO precious about books that we literally have to hide it when we toss them. One of my first practicums at a children’s library we literally had to box the weeded books up and tape the box shut so we could throw the books out in peace.

Library collections need weeding for the health of the collection.
Getting rid of books no one ever checks out, or are outdated, or are beyond repair, to make room for books patrons want is necessary.
